Praga dia 1 / Prague day 1

Olá de Praga!
Depois de uma viagem de 5 horas e uma paragem de aproximadamente 40 minutos em Budapeste chegámos ao nosso destino! 5 ºC lá fora mas o frio mal se sente, é um frio diferente do que estou habituado em Portugal. Lá fomos então para a casa onde vamos viver os próximos 3 meses. Um sítio calmo, sem muito trânsito e um eléctrico mesmo ao lado que nos leva ao centro em menos de 10 minutos.
O casal que nos acolhe é um casal idoso que já teve vários grupos de estudantes (entre eles alguns Portugueses) alojados nesta casa. O senhor faz mel caseiro e cozinha que é uma maravilha, fez-nos o jantar embora esse luxo tenha sido só para hoje como um agradável "Bem Vindos".
Foram-nos dadas as regras da casa, infelizmente não há espaço para visitas mas o responsável por nós cá em Praga já disse que se tivermos amigos ele ajuda indicando alojamento acessível.
À noite fomos dar uma pequena volta pelo centro. Caiu um bocado de chuva/neve mas tão pouca que quase nem se notou.

Hello from Prague!
After a 5 hour journey and 40 minutes stop in Budapest we've reached our destination! 5 º C outside but it doesn't feel that cold, it seems like a different type of cold from what I'm used to in Portugal. From there we went to the house where we'll be living for the next 3 months. A quiet place, without much traffic and a tram just around the corner which leads to the center of the city in less than 10 minutes.
The couple who welcomed us is an elderly couple who already had several groups of students (including some Portuguese) accommodated in this house. They make homemade honey and their cooking is marvelous, they had dinner ready for us but that luxury was only for today as a nice "Welcome".
We were given the house rules, unfortunately there is no space for visitors but the person responsible for us here in Prague said that if we have friends he'll help by indicating accessible housing.
In the evening we went for a walk in the center of town. A bit of rain / snow falling but something that you'd hardly noticed.
